Hosting and Service - What are You Paying for?
The monthly fees for your site are to pay for multiple products and services that help to keep your site online, safe, and visible.
Hosting - The idea of your site's home on a server - which is always connected - and guaranteed 99.9% uptime. Also includes unlimited bandwidth, so there are no restrictions on user traffic, and activity.
Domain - More often than not, I will be responsible for purchasing and registering your domain name (the 'dotcom') there is a yearly cost associated with this domain which I package into the monthly cost.
SEO - The Google stuff... Each site must go through the hoops to be allowed to be indexed by the search giant. I take care of these steps and more. I want your site to rank as well as possible. A happy site is a happy client!
Email - You maybe entitled to a free, or multiple free email addresses (depending on your plan) that go along with your domain. Extra email addresses will come at a rate of $3 per month per address.
Service - I will do whatever necessary to fix any problems or trouble you may have with your site. Whether it takes seconds, or hours... It's much like an extended warranty, without confusion... Or fine print
